Budget Management

Hi all,I would like to talk about budget management that we don't give significant attention to it in our early life.

There are 10 important rules to manage our budget efficiently.Let's see them.

1-)Track your spending.

Whatever you spent ,write it down and always ask yourself before spending "do I really need it?"

You can download app such as, Budget Planner for android.

2-)Calculate your net worth.

Calculate your after-tax income.

3-)Boost your emergency funds to 8 months of expenses.

You may be fired or may quit your job for some reasons .Thus,you need to survive until to get a new job.8 months is enough to get a new job.

4-)Invest 20% of your net income to saving accounts.

Especially,invest 10% of your net income to retirement fund.

5-)Spend 30% of your net income for your wants.

Spend your 30% of money for entertainment,dining out,dressing,special purchasing, vacation, memberships ,and so on.

6-)Spend 50% of your net income for fixed needs.

For example,housing,bank loans,foods,utilities(water bill,electicity bill,natural gas bill),transportation,GSM,Internet ,and so on.

7-)Set automatic payments for fixed needs and savings.

That helps us to cut unnecessary spendings.Because,we can know our balance after automatic payements done.

8-)Have a saving goal.

Give a name of your saving account/fund that motivates you to achieve.

9-)Round your spendings up.

When you spent 8.90 for food .Write it 9 TL down .In this way,you can save 0.1 TL that increases cumulatively.

10-)Try to get discount.

Every discount that you achieve will increaseyour savings.

1-Interpersonal Roles:Involve interactions with his/her employees for the purpose of achieving organizational goals.

A) Leader : Responsible for staffing, training, and associated duties.

B) Figurehead :The symbolic head of the organization.

C) Liaison : Maintains the communication between all contacts and informers that compose the organizational network.

2-Informational Roles:Related to collecting, receiving, and disseminating information.

A) Monitor : Seeks internal and external information about issues that can affect the organization.

B) Disseminator : Transmits all import information received from outsiders to the members of the organization.

C) Spokesperson : Transmits information about the organization to outsiders.

3-Decisional Roles:Involve making significant decisions that affect the organization.

A)Entrepreneur : Seeks opportunities. Basically they search for change, respond to it, and exploit it.

B) Negotiator : Represents the organization at major negotiations.

C) Resource Allocator : Makes or approves all significant decisions related to the allocation of resources.

D) Disturbance Handler : Responsible for corrective action when the organization faces disturbances.

•          50 adet A için 150 adet C'nin 8. günde hazır olması A'nın yetiştirilebilmesi için gerekmektedir.(Çünkü her bir A da 3 adet C vardır)

•         150 adet B için 150 adet D'nin 5. günde hazır olması B'nin yetiştirilebilmesi için gerekmektedir.(Çünkü her bir B de 1 adet D vardır)

•          D , 1 günde tedarik edildiğinden 1er gün öncesinden sipariş verilir.

•          Ayrıca ek olarak 30 adet D, 4.gün hazır olması gerekmektedir.

•          Ayrıca ek olarak 20 adet D, 6.gün hazır olması gerekmektedir.

•          150 adet C için 600 adet D'nin 5. günde hazır olması C'nın yetiştirilebilmesi için gerekmektedir.(Çünkü her bir C de 4 adet D vardır)

•          150 adet B için 300 adet E'nin 5. günde hazır olması B'nin yetiştirilebilmesi için gerekmektedir.(Çünkü her bir B de 2 adet E vardır)
